When I first started with AXZNT everyone made me feel very welcome, they gave me all the help I needed even if it meant that they had repeat themselves to me. Throughout the last couple of weeks when I have being working at AXZNT everyone is still just as lovely!
So far I have had two visits from Dawn, my training assessor at First4Skills, she is lovely. When we where sorting out all the exams and assessments I would be doing I did feel a little overwhelmed but Dawn reassured me that It's not that bad as we will do it in small chunks and break it all down and go through it together, so I feel much better about doing that now.

"First4Skills got me an apprenticeship in October and I thought it would be nice to let you know how I am getting on. Firstly, I'd like to say Thank you for the opportunity, I’m really enjoying my job, it’s been a month and a half and I haven't hated it one bit! I really enjoy working at 1st Stop Group it was something I didn't expect to enjoy, but I am. The company have also decided that because I'm a really good employee and work really hard, they will take on three more apprentices and have decided to go through First4Skills again. So plenty more to come in this company! I have found that the company haven't just given me jobs that don't matter; I have important job roles, so if I do something wrong it does impact the company. However, I have very good people helping me with the job training, etc.
Anyway, I thought that a bit of positive feedback about First4Skills and especially the Apprenticeship Coordinator because you were very helpful to me and was constantly on the phone asking my interests, so it proved to me that the company does really care about young people. First4Skills found me this vacancy really quickly unlike all other websites and places I went to try and get a job, never mind an apprenticeship.
